W2425LC-8 crawler hydraulic excavator has the largest output net power (320hp) among similar products.
It adopts the most advanced positive flow control method (higher technology level, more energy-saving, higher work efficiency and more comfortable operation, compared to traditional negative flow control). The operation interface applies multiple proprietary intellectual property rights and is more humanized. The overall control system is centralized in the central control display, which can realize high pressure and high precision injection of engine control, and realize multiple control on the control valve, oil pressure and flow.
W2425LC-8 is mounted with a quick return valve, which improves the arm and bucket dump speed and improves work efficiency. Under the supercharging mode, the digging force can be increased by 8%; Multiple work modes are available for users to choose according to actual work conditions.
It is specially designed for mining operations, equipped with reinforced rock bucket, and all the wear parts like bucket teeth all use products of famous brands, which effectively ensures the service life of bucket teeth. Double guards are mounted at the outer edge of the bucket which extends bucket life.
While ensuring the reliability and universality of the electric system, it uses special connector and effectively avoids loose or poor contact under harsh work conditions; meanwhile it adopts waterproof design which effectively avoids dusts and water entering the connector. The electric system is mounted with main switch which can cut off the whole power of the machine in the shortest time and maximally protects the machine.
W2425LC-8 cab is equipped with FOPS according to user requirement. The front window uses "CCC" certified one-piece explosion-proof glass, and it cannot harm the operator even if it collides with rocks. The originally imported GRAMMER ergonomic air cushion seat features dual sliding rail, weight adaption, and 4DOF adjustment; Thick waist support effectively reduces operator fatigue. Unique 5-poiont independent suspension silicon oil vibration absorber effectively reduces cab vibration.
To ensure operator safety, World Heavy Industry implements stringent safety requirements. W2425LC-8 is equipped with ergonomic safe operation mechanism, which ensures that the working device can only actuate when it is in the unlocked status, which effectively avoids misoperation.
W2425LC-8 adopts centralized design and layout, taking into account serviceablity. The engine filters are mounted at the same side, which makes engine service and maintenance more convenient. Engine hood can be turned over for inspection of related parts. Cooling system adopts parallel type heat dissipation technology jointly developed by World Heavy Industry and AKG, featuring compact space, improved cooling effect and more convenient cleaning and replacement with extra filtration mesh.
