1. The parameters of the whole machine are advanced compared with that of similar homemade models. The engine power is 92kW; the breakout force exceeds 100KN; arm cylinder breakout force is 76.7kN; lifting capability reaches 95.8kN; traction force exceeds 97kN; dump height to bucket tip is 2950, to bucket edge is 3060.
2. The work efficiency is greatly improved due to enlarged bucket. The bucket capacity is increased to 1.8m3 from 1.5m3, which improves efficiency by 20%.
3. High structural strength. The structural strength, rigidity and materials are all reinforced at the stressed parts, which makes the machine applicable to tough work conditions. There is large distance between the upper and lower articulated frame at the front frame which provides good stress distribution and better stability. The distance between the articulated frame center to the rear axle center is shortened from 1750 to 1440, which provides higher rigidity.
4. Higher reliability. Based on analysis on the frequent failure parts, the design, manufacturing process and materials of the parts are all improved. It adopts 1500W generator assembly with Beijing Aobo built-in adjustor, beautiful lamps; and redesigned drive axles: the axle housing, driving gear, differential gear and structure, axle shaft and gear, planetary reduction gear, and bearing shaft are all reinforced. The drive axle is similar as that of ZL40, and the reliability and service life is greatly improved.
5. More reasonable design and better serviceability. The service and maintenance of hydraulic system is more convenient due to optimum design of the upper and lower articulated frame, and the transmission can be easily accessed. The height from the upper surface of the rear frame and the cab bottom floor is 290, which is convenient for repair service and replacement of parts, pipelines and steering gear. The variable speed control valve can be repaired or replaced by turning the fuel tank. The side cover at the rear hood can be opened for the repair service of engine, coupler and electric parts.
6. More comfortable operation. Ergonomically designed operation system requires less effort and small range of movement. The cab features good interior design, wide view, high safety, comfortable seat, good ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, as well as cup holder and coat hanger. There is also a storage box at the side door. And air conditioning system is optional.
7. Stability is improved due to enlarged wheelbase from 2600mm to 2750mm and more reasonable axle load distribution.
