Main Features:
The energy-saving and low pollution W156C LNG wheel loader is developed on the basis of W156. In recent years, the diesel fuel prices rise rapidly, which has become one of the factors that restrict the loader sales.
According to surveys in automobile industry, the fuel consumption cost will be reduced by 30%~40% by using LNG fuel. Take 5t wheel loader for example, it will consume diesel fuel of more than 1,400 Yuan a day (10 working hours), and by using LNG fuel, you can save 420 Yuan a day at least, and the annual savings will be about 100,000 Yuan.
Machine Layout:
(1) The 450L LNG cylinder is mounted between the cab and the engine; and it uses patented air supply system of Jiangsu University.
(2) Weichai LNG engine (2000 RPM); muffler is mounted at previous position; and rearranged desert type air filter.
(3) Engine hood consists of cylinder bracket and rear cover.
(4) The arrangement of platform and rear mud guard is optimized as per cylinder position.
(5) Cab side door opening is optimized to 110 °.
